Description: Our confectionary designers decorate each delicious sugar shortbread cookie by hand with vivid Royal Icing. Our cookies are a cross between traditional sugar cookies and shortbread; the end result is a cookie that's not too sweet or too greasy. Hand cut to a generous thickness, all of our cookie favors come individually shrink wrapped. Our hand decorated cookies are generous in size ranging from about 3"-6" tall , 3/8"-1/2" thick, and 4 oz.
